In a collaborative effort with the esteemed local design consultancy Bau Studio, Vipp presents Casa Vipp, an enchanting lodge-style retreat nestled amidst the majestic Pyrenees mountain range, located in the charming and independent principality of Andorra. Adorned with captivating porthole windows, this extraordinary setting offers breathtaking views of cascading valleys and soaring peaks, harmoniously nestled between the borders of France and Spain.

To commemorate the 7th edition of Vipp’s exceptional guesthouse series, Casa Vipp finds its home in a symbolic architectural gem of the region – the Borda. This traditional stone house, traditionally used for storing grains or livestock, is nestled within the heart of Andorra la Vella’s old town. Today, it welcomes discerning travelers seeking a contemporary home-away-from-home experience.

Spanning the first floor of the two-story duplex, Casa Vipp unveils a captivating space that unfolds seamlessly. It features an open kitchen connected to a dining and living room adorned with a fireplace, a guest bathroom equipped with laundry facilities, and a delightful small balcony. Ascending the bespoke metal staircase, guests reach the bedroom area and discover a spacious bathroom boasting an open shower and a luxurious freestanding bathtub.

While Casa Vipp represents a departure from Vipp’s Scandinavian origins, its furnishings naturally exude the serene design sensibility synonymous with the Vipp collection. Each element is thoughtfully chosen to create a harmonious and inviting atmosphere.

Kasper Egelund, the CEO and third-generation owner of Vipp, elaborates on the philosophy behind the Vipp guesthouses: “While each Vipp guesthouse explores different architectural styles and possesses a unique identity, the common thread lies in the meticulously curated aesthetic, featuring the V1 kitchen and furniture collection from Vipp.”

As guests gaze through the enchanting porthole windows, they are greeted by the mesmerizing sight of Andorra’s city center, nestled amidst 468 square kilometers of rolling valleys and majestic peaks, forming a natural boundary between France and Spain. Visitors to Casa Vipp are treated to a jaw-dropping panorama that caters to the heart of any nature enthusiast.
